Our teens class is for young adults who want to soar. We cover basics, but add in lots of amazing tricks! Learn Capoeira and feel like a natural in no time.
New to Capoeira? Our adults classes are meant to take you to the next level. Our classes start with a warm-up, followed by drills, partner sequences, and lastly a chance to practice what you learned.

Casa Da Capoeira was established in 2024 by its founder Allan Montalvao, better known as Mestre Abara within the Capoeira community.
Casa Da Capoeira is open to everybody who is ready and willing to learn something new. We look forward to seeing you and hope you enjoy the time you invest with us.
Allan Montalvao is the head instructor, founder, and Director of Casa Da Capoeira.
Through his professional career, Mestre Abara has had the honor and pleasure of teaching and performing at events all over the country. He has also been invited to teach at international events in countries like his native Brazil, Belgium, and Canada.
